We will be running another FREE support programme for siblings of children with special needs for young people aged 10 and over.

The aims of the programme are:

To have FUN! You will be able to make new friends and enjoy yourself at the same time.
Relieve isolation - You will have opportunities to be with other young people who also have a brother or sister with special needs so they may know what its like for you.
Acknowledge feelings -  Through discussion and games, you will be able to chat with others about what its like for you to have a brother and sister with special needs
Model coping strategies - You will be given some ideas how you might deal with difficult situations at home, school or out and about.
Enhance knowledge - You may want to find out more about your brother or sisters special needs....we can help you do this.
