We recognise that exploring the most appropriate next steps for your young person can feel daunting. Please be assured that discussions regarding future pathways will form part of the Annual Review process from Year 10 onwards.

Outside of the Annual Review, we encourage families to keep the school informed of any changes to their young person’s plans for post‑16 transition. Early awareness of a young person’s intended destination allows us to work collaboratively with families to carefully plan appropriate transition support that meets their individual needs.

Pupils may leave Brookfields School to attend college at the end of Year 11. Alternatively, they may choose to continue their education within the Brookfields School Sixth Form for one, two, or three years.
